Distillation took place in 1997. We will find a powerful nose, essences of cloves, caramel, cumin, an acidity that resembles lemon, a very nice length in the mouth. A very nice blend that represents its name well. Bottling in January 2008 after 13 years of ageing in a tropical climate.
