We will appreciate a silky palate with delicate notes of woodiness that are conferred by aging in barrels. The alcohol is well integrated and the aromatic palette is wide from exotic fruits to pastry notes (cannelé) to battery syrup.

Nose : A la fois complexe et élégant, son nez évoque la vanille, la canelle et les épices délicates.

Palate : Son attaque est fruitée (tarte à l'abricot), puis revient en douceur sur les notes vanillées du nez.

Finish : Sa persistance aromatique est très developpée. La rétro-olfaction évoque les épices nobles (safran, cannelle)
