Nose : A la fois raffiné et très complexe, il est marqué par le fruit confit et la cannelle

Palate : Le palais est intense et équilibré avec une grande souplesse des saveurs. La Palette aromatique est très fidèle au style Bologne : la canne à sucre et les fruits confits dans la profondeur, avec une pointe iodée.

Finish : Sa persistance est remarquable, La rétro-olfaction est légèrement épicé et pralinée. Sans conteste à classer parmi les plus grands spiritueux.
