After being aged for more than three years in French oak barrels, the two best barrels of this aged rum are meticulously selected by the Cellar Masters. The rum is then transferred, for its last three years of ageing in a Sherry cask. This week of maturation brings sweetness and amplifies the aromatic palette of this old agricultural rum from Guadeloupe, thus giving it its unique character, with spicy and fruity flavors.
Karukera Double maturation 2011 benefits from a bottling to the natural degree of the cask (cask strength) and without cold filtration to preserve all the aromas of this rum.

This limited edition is the work of the patience and know-how of the Cellar Master
