Bologne Dark Sail (old packaging)

The Dark Sail cuvée was made in honour of Jean-Antoine Amé-Noél (1769-1845), an emblematic figure in the history of the Basse-Terre region and whose tomb is still located today on the Bologneplantation.

A fisherman, free of colour, he would, according to legend, have discovered a treasure off the coast of Basse-Terre by means of a ship with black sails which would have allowed him to acquire the estate of Bolognein 1830.

Bologne

The Distillery Bologne founded in 1930, has taken up residence in Guadeloupe, more precisely in Basse Terre, its particularity is the use of water filtered by volcanic rocks.
