Its dress is amber, encircled with tiled reflections. After a few months of research and with the firm intention of achieving an aromatic balance, we stopped on a selection to draw 623 bottles. An aging where the nose offers us a beautiful aromatic richness, developing a complexity of candied fruits (vanilla, grapes, tobacco). This dominant fruitiness is accompanied by a scent of chocolate... A few extra minutes of aeration eliminate any volatility, and give way to a gourmet register offering the sweetness of salted butter caramel. Its evolution is continuous in glass, a complex and rich development. In the mouth, the aromas perceived on the nose blossom. The duality of the mouth is splendid, a surprising marriage between gluttony and elegance. The finale is a dance between spices, noble wood and blond tobacco.
