The Domaine de Courcelles 1972 vintage is the result of the final distillation carried out by this emblematic distillery in Grande-Terre, Guadeloupe. Distilled from molasses, it symbolizes a unique heritage, closing an important chapter in the history of Guadeloupean rum. Aged for more than 20 years in oak barrels before being transferred to casks, this process aimed to preserve the balance and depth of its aromas.

A heritage preserved with care

Bottled in 2011, this rum embodies a rarity. The last barrels, rediscovered and then cared for by a merchant, bear witness to the richness of ancient know-how. It stands out for its depth and maturity, paying homage to decades of expertise and Caribbean tradition.
