Our tasting notes for 100% black cane distillate

Nose : Puissant et équilibré. Le premier nez se veut voluptueux marqué par la canne fraiche.

Palate : L’attaque est audacieuse, robuste et rigoureuse. Résolument poivrée, avec une complexité qui oscille entre une fraicheur mentholée et des notes de citrons confits, d’agrumes, sublimée par quelques notes de confiture d’abricot.

Finish : Une persistance aromatique nette, et une finale aérienne.
