La Batterie, this single-vineyard cuvée, successor to La Coulisse, borrows its name from an eponymous plot. There are the remains of an old battery from the nineteenth century recalling the historical past of the city of Basse-Terre. Between voluptuousness and softness, discover the quintessence of the black cane.

The Distillery Bologne founded in 1930, has taken up residence in Guadeloupe, more precisely in Basse Terre, its particularity is the use of water filtered by volcanic rocks.
