This white rum has been aged in stainless steel vats, undergoing slow reduction and regular brewing. It has fresh vegetal notes of sugar cane, sweet and non-aggressive. The sweet notes marry with spicy notes of gray pepper. The finish is straight and frank, mixing spices and freshness.
