Our tasting notes for VSOP

Nose : Nez élégant, bien marqué par la banane mûre et une pointe de vanille.

Palate : Attaque riche, mais avec une belle finesse générale. La bouche est bien fondue, marquée par les fruits exotiques et la vanille, avec une toute petite touche de caramel.

Finish : Il enrobe bien le palais, sans aucune lourdeur, et la finale est bien persistante, tout en finesse à nouveau

The Severin estate has belonged to the Marsolle family since 1928. There are Marsolle (which would be of Charente origin) from the beginning of the arrival of the French on the island.
