Made from sugar cane molasses, this rum then passes through a distillation column and is aged for at least 4 years in former American bourbon barrels in the tropical region of Río Hondo in Guatemala. The secret of its richness will come from its second maturation of 16 months in barrels of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez, in a cool and mountainous region of Italy. This second maturation, called continental, will allow us to obtain and combine notes of wines and fresh fruit with a natural and fragrant sweetness of vanilla and raisins, bringing a second level of complexity.
