A region particularly favourable to the cultivation of sugar cane, with a temperate climate and volcanic soils that give cane juices a clever marriage between elegance and tone.

The aging in oak barrels at altitude, brings a slow maturation of the eaux-de-vie that contributes to the balance that makes Tierra Madre a great rum, fruity, honeyed, with delicate woody.
