The Nobilis Rum - Enmore 1991 N°10 is an exceptional spirit, from the historic Versailles wooden still , moved to Enmore after the eponymous distillery closed in 1974. Made from Greenheart wood, this unique still produces a rum with a distinctive profile, free of sulfites, just like a copper still would. Aged for 30 years, this rum is bottled at its natural strength, offering unparalleled power and depth.

A rum steeped in history

Distilled in the vestiges of the great tradition of Demerara rum, this 1991 vintage rum is the reflection of a unique know-how. After the closure of the Enmore distillery in 1994, this still and its secrets continue to live on at the Diamond distillery, the last in French Guiana.
