A blend of prestigious origins

With this Unique Blend N°9, Famille Ricci highlights the art of blending by bringing together rums from Trinidad (TDL 2008), Jamaica (Worthy Park 2006) and Nicaragua (2004). Each provenance brings its signature, creating a harmony between intensity, structure and elegance.

Aging and structure

These rums, aged between 18 and 21 years, were distilled in column still and pot still, then aged in bourbon barrels. This long ageing gives a remarkable depth, while preserving the identity of each distillate. The absence of additions guarantees a faithful reading of this complex assembly.

Rich and evolving flavor profile

The nose reveals aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, accompanied by medicinal notes and dark chocolate. On the palate, the evolution continues between peach, red fruits and cocoa nuances. The finish, long and intense, is oriented towards roasted and vegetal tones.
