The Diamond & Versailles - Vintage 1996 - 18 Year Old - 57.9° is a real nugget of the Velier collection. Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2014, this blend represents two of the most emblematic distilleries in French Guiana: Diamond with its Coffey metal column and Versailles with its ironing still, a rare and precious heritage.

A historic collaboration with Demerara Distillers Ltd

This rum comes from the legendary period of collaboration between Velier and Demerara Distillers Ltd, initiated by Luca Gargano in 2004. Selected directly from the tropical warehouses of French Guiana, this vintage is one of the last bottlings of this exceptional era, before DDL relaunched production under its own label.

A must-have limited edition

Aged for 18 years in a tropical climate, this bottling offers powerful and complex aromas, enhanced by its natural alcohol content of 57.9°. Only 570 bottles were produced, making this vintage a collector's item sought after by Demerara rum lovers and Velier bottling enthusiasts.
