Distilled at Diamond Distillery in the old single wooden pot and column set from the now closed Versailles Distillery. This is a typical medium-bodied Demerara style rum, distilled to a relatively low strength and made from Guyana molasses using the company’s own special yeast strain. Aged only in re-used American white oak barrels.
