Our tasting notes for Enmore - Vintage 1993

Nose : Un nez de fruit confits : cerise, ananas, êche, de la fraicheur avec une pointe mentholée, des épices douces ainsi que des notes délicates de gingembre.

Palate : Très équilibré entre les parfums au nez et arômes en bouche. Avec des notes distinctives de cannelle, clou de girofle et poivre noir. On décéléra en plus le boisé héritage d'un long vieillissement en fûts.

Finish : Très grande longueur sur le fruit confit et les épices.
