The rums are sampled and only the best are selected for the 7 XM year-old VXO blend. The secret to this blend is to create an exceptionally smooth rum with beautiful flavors that are very distinct from each other.

Our tasting notes for 7 years

Nose : Toffee, vanilla, over-ripe banana, raisin fruit cake

Palate : Medium-bodied, with chocolate orange, caramel, ginger snaps, banana, the juice from tinned pineapples, and the fruit cake from the nose. Very pure sugar character.

Finish : Natural caramel, sugary milky coffee, sweet ginger. The fruit cake flavors linger, with clove, rum’n’raisin ice cream, marmalade.
