A particularly soft and balanced rum.
The taste of oak is prevalent and clearly a mature rum that is brought to life with rich flavours.

The tasting notes

Nose

The nose is redolent of rich mocha, tobacco and raisins with pervasive but note overpowering oak.

Palate

The palate has drying nutty finish with soft fine grained tannins with residual oak and hints of caramel.

Final

Nutty oak with vanilla and raisins.

The rums XM are produced in the Guiana’s Demerara distillery since 60 years.
