Our tasting notes for Guyana - 12 years old (Diamond)

Nose : Premier nez sur le vernis, la colle puis sur les raisins secs, la noix et les épices (poivre noir, noix de muscade, cumin).

Palate : La bouche est précise et bien équilibrée sur le pain d’épices et la réglisse.

Finish : Nous retrouvons également ces notes de raisins secs sur la finale qui est longue, sur des notes toastées/épicées.

The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
