Nose : Au nez, nous pouvons retrouver des notes de fruits à chair blanche, un côté herbacé, et de l’amande amère. C’es t là toute la typici té d’un Diamond, très frais et élégant.

Palate : En bouche les notes crémeuses et lactées que nous retrouvons régulièrement chez Port Mourant s’entremêlent avec du menthol et du poivre blanc.

Finish : La finale est précise et épicée, ce qui ravira les amateurs des rhums de Guyana.

The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
