Today, we have come to consider this bottle as a loyal travel companion. Witnessing the development of this rum has almost been a spiritual experience. Tracing all the bottling is as intriguing as it is thrilling. Without an iota of sentimentality, it shows us how everything changes, everything evolves. This bottling captures the spirit at the precise moment that signals the beginning of its true maturity. Sweet and bitter... Water and salt. Bunches of grapes, ripe fruit, shades of smoke, thyme, and toasted oregano. On the palate, it is strong and at the same time rewarding and silky, but balsamic. The end brings an aftertaste of mint and licorice. Once in the mouth... Act 2 begins. Incredibly alive, it carries us away like a kiss that we have been waiting for all summer. Aromatic notes turn to tobacco, vanilla and liquorice. The flavor is particularly vivid and clear, like the light that characterizes its lands of origin... A particularly persistent flavor, like the memory of the images that it makes appear as if by magic. The end is fragrant... We have to admit it: we are madly in love.
