The mark which characterises the cask and its method of distillation, is named under the name 'Enmore' or 'EHP', after the founder of the Enmore Estate, Mr. Eduard Henry Porter. This rare rum is aged in old bourbon barrels in the distillery's warehouse, under tropical conditions, for 20 years. Bottling in 57.2 vol.% cask strength with light mechanical filtration to retain large particles from the barrel. No cold filtration is carried out during bottling. This rum is perfectly balanced between powerful aromas and its frankness in terms of alcohol.
