Our tasting notes for

Nose : quite dry, light, not so exuberance.

Palate : rich on the palate, it offers contrasting aromas, without saying that the peat is really sensitive, the aromas are different from any traditional rum, with hints of fruity plants with a very dry character.

Finish : it ends up on a smoked note. A lot of feedbacks for this true curiosity at the aromatic level.
