Once again our filled basket seduces with a juicy fruit... a rum from Panama. We especially liked its personality, which seemed to us to be a real surprise, because it is indeed a rich, mellow and complex rum. And that's no easy feat.

As we have explained in previous editions, it is rare to find Spanish-style rums that stand out so much for their characteristics and quality. Distinctly oriental scents and an abundance of aromas... We highlighted its oily character and opulence, its scents of Peking duck, soufflé and sauces like a banquet celebrating the most beautiful occasions. All accompanied by notes of chlorophyll, more in the mouth than on the nose I would say. Balsamic and fruity notes follow.... As the label illustrates, it's a somewhat chaotic Sunday bazaar. Brouhaha, noise, crowd etc ... A whole layering of tones and scents with notes of white chocolate, freshly ground coffee and enamel.
