A legacy of Guyana

Distilled in 2008 from molasses, this rum was partially aged in a tropical climate in Guyana before continuing its maturation in the Bristol cellars in England. Exclusively aged in ex-bourbon barrels, it was bottled in 2019 at 43%, without filtration, to preserve all its authenticity and aromatic complexity.

A rich and refined tasting

  • - Nose: Deep aromas of toasted wood, vanilla and caramel, enriched by notes of dried fruit and sweet spices.

  • - Palate: Soft and balanced, it reveals flavors of molasses, nutmeg, cocoa and a hint of liquorice, with a round and silky texture.
