The Diamond Distillery is located in Georgetown, Guyana. The distillery produces rums from local molasses and uses its own yeast strains. The distillery is renowned for hosting many of the region's iconic stills. Mezan Guyana 2007 comes from the double wooden still Port Mourant.

This new expression, which is the second single cask reference in the range, is limited to 3 barrels bottled to the natural degree. Each bottle is numbered and has a wooden arch for protection.

Nose : Orange confite, noisette et notes de noix de coco

Palate : Notes poivrées, épices boisées, vanille et gingembre.

Finish : Belle longueur en bouche, sur les fruits secs.
