An intensely complex Single Cask Demerara rum produced on the Port Mourant Still whilst it lay at Uitvlugt, Guyana. Matured for 2 years in a tropical climate and 20 years in a continental climate, this has allowed a perfect balance of maturity and brightness to develop. Bottled at a cask strength of 61.1%
