Bottled in the barrel (ex-bourbon), this piece of history is 32 years old. Aged on site, but also in Europe, these 169 bottles confer aromas of plum, toasted caramel, brown sugar, but also dried fruits, tobacco and a sustained woody.

In the depths of Denmark, an innovative trio birthed "Rom De Luxe", a daring bottler. In 2016, Claus Andersen, in collaboration with Thomas Nielsen and Lasse Bjørklund, embarked on this thrilling journey. But like all great tales, characters shift: today, Michael Ginnerup and Kim Pedersen have taken up the torch, replacing Thomas and Lasse.
