This rum was produced 100% from a still, which usually results in heavy rums. Distilled in 1999, it was then aged in bourbon barrels for 23 years before being bottled at 62.9% cask strength in just 147 glass bottles.

Kill Devil is a brand of Scottish independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co. Ltd. Rums are not processed, filtered and no additives are added. The barrels are aged in the Scottish climate. Bottled in Scotland as well.
