This exceptional rum comes from the legendary Enmore distillery in Guyana. Produced in the emblematic Versailles exotic wood still , it bears the MEV mark, a guarantee of its unique provenance. Shipped to Europe in 1991, it matured patiently for more than three decades in ex-rum casks, developing remarkable complexity and depth.
