Distilled in 2004 from molasses, this rum is a tribute to the traditional know-how of British Guiana. After 3 years of ageing in a tropical climate, it was transferred to Europe for a 16-year maturation in American ex-bourbon oak barrels. This long process has made it possible to develop an incomparable aromatic richness, captured in a cask strength version at 56.9°.

A limited and authentic production

This rum, from cask n°002/003, has not undergone cold filtration or the addition of additives, thus preserving all its purity. Limited to only 300 numbered bottles, it is intended for demanding wine lovers in search of exclusivity and intensity.
