Nose : Nez parfumé et complexe : agrumes confits, rancio, torréfié, un peu tannique.

Palate : Le corps est puissant dès l’attaque, puis d’une grande richesse aromatique presque explosive : fruits cuits (poire, agrumes), cannelle, poivre.

Finish : La finale est très longue, avec le retour des agrumes et des épices.
