Our tasting notes for Caribbean 2005

Nose : frais, onctueux. Son caractère exotique (ananas) n’a d’égal que la subtilité de ses parfums de rose et de chèvrefeuille. Il s’ouvre sur quelques fruits secs (amande, noisette) et sur les agrumes (citron, orange).

Palate : ample, suave. Elle quitte les hauteurs pour s’incruster dans un sol réglissé et légèrement humide. Des racines de gentiane et de gingembre sont râpées sous nos yeux.

Finish : savoureuse, elle est marquée par des notes de tabac blond et de lait de coco. Des fonds d’artichaut lui procurent beaucoup de chair et de douceur. Attachée à son terroir, elle se montre de plus en plus exotique, épicée et terreuse.
