Our tasting notes for
Nose : Nez d’abord floral (fleurs blanches), puis évoluant sur les fruits jaunes (poire, coing) et surtout sur les céréales et le foin séché.
Palate : Attaque soyeuse, plaisante, puis le malt développe une vraie puissance avec quelques traces de poivre gris et de gingembre. Les fruits jaunes restent présents, avec de la discrétion, accompagnés de notes devanille.
Finish : Longue et fraîche, plutôt sèche et épicée. Maltée, miellée, florale et finement boisée.
