In order to highlight the flavors imbued with iodine and sea air during the second maturation of Oban, its master distiller has chosen Fino Montilla barrels, which enhance the elegance of the malt with woody and delicate notes.

A must to the Hebrides, Oban is a perfectly sheltered port that makes this city the capital of the West Highlands but also the natural link between the great land and the islands. Founded in 1794, the Oban distillery was built by the Stevenson brothers.
