It is the first and only distillery to obtain a specific license allowing it to make a rum entirely made from jaggery (solidified unrefined sugar). With a remarkable unity of tone in which notes of orange and apricot play a preponderant role, the aromatic and gustatory palette of this version evolves to the rhythm of floral (rose, lilac) and spicy (turmeric, saffron) sequences of great complexity.
