Receiving and inspecting the parcel

Please pay attention to the following guidelines in order to allow us to better assit ou if necessary:

The packaging is in good condition: accept the parcel

Check the contents of the parcel as soon as possible. Ideally, do so in front of the delivery agent or immediately after his/her departure if the latter is not possible.
If one or more of the contents are damaged, it is imperative that you let us know within 48 hours via the following form : “delivery issues” tab. It is also imperative that you contact the carrier via registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt (see the table below). Include your contact information, transit references, any special indications mentioned on the transit bill, the circumstances, as well as the description of the damaged goods and their value. If these actions are done by someone other than yourself, the possibilities of a successful claim will be very limited or even impossible.
Please also keep the parcels’ packaging as proof of shipping damages if needed further along in your claim.
Including pictures to your claim is a plus.
On our side, we will also open a new file with our carrier in order to send out a new order to you as soon as possible.

The packaging is slightly damaged: mention this to the carrier agent when signing upon delivery and accept the parcel

The parcel has been mishandled or damaged?
You must mention this in detail on the carrier’s bill in the section meant for comments. For example, you should say « the top left corner is crushed » or « package arrived wet ». Add the label “DAMAGED” on the way bill. The comment « to confirm after unboxing » is not of necessary in this case. Check the content of your parcel as soon as possible. Ideally, do so in front of the delivery agent or immediately after his/her departure if the latter is not possible.
If one or multiple articles happen to be damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours either by telephone (+33 (0) 7 81 00 69 93 or by sending us the claims form. It is imperative that you send a letter to the carrier via registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours (see the table below). Include your contact information, transit references, any special indications mentioned on the way bill, the circumstances, as well as the description of the damaged goods and their value. If these actions are done by someone other than yourself, the possibilities of a successful claim will be very limited or even impossible. .

The parcel is very damaged or has been opened : do not open the parcel and refuse to take it

The parcel is crushed in multiple places, it is ripped, wet, open or features scotch tape other than that of the original expeditor. Unless you are absolutely certain that the contents of the parcel are in perfectly good condition, do not open the parcel and refuse it! In this case, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone at +33 (0)7 81 00 69 93 or via telephone or through the claims form
