About the products availability alerts

Generality

For some products, we won’t be able to know exactly when we are going to receive more stocks. In that case, you have the possibility to receive an alert as soon as the product is back in stock. If you are connected to your account, you’ll see a special link on the product sheet. Click on this link to be automatically registered and receive the alert when we get the product. If you’re not connected, you can fill in your email address in the corresponding box.

Alerts are sent automatically as soon as we receive the product. If you don’t get any email, it unfortunately means the product is still unavailable.

Please note that registering to the availability alert is not a pre-order. When you’ll receive the email, you will still have to come back on the website and order the product. If you no longer want to receive the alert, you can cancel your registering in the section “Your Alerts” on your account.

Unfortunately, it can take a very long time before we receive new stocks. That’s the reason the product can be indicate out of stock for a long time and that you haven’t received any email alert.
