Distilled in 2016, bottled at 50%, without dyes or cold filtration, this 100% Irish Single Malt develops a malty and fruity character, with delicate notes of citrus, Christmas cake and sweet cereals, sublimated by a touch of leather.

Distillerie Waterford

Barley, the source of the complex aromas of Single Malts, is influenced by the soil on which it grows. By the soil that nourishes its roots, by the microclimate thanks to which it develops, by its terroir. This truth, long underestimated, is at the heart of the Waterford project, initiated in the eponymous Irish city, by the famous Mark Reynier. Inspired by the greatest winemakers in the world, Waterford tirelessly transposes to Single Malt the same intellectual approach, the same methodology and the same rigor.
