Nose : Doux nez de céréales à maturité, avec une pointe de poire.
Palate : Attaque assez puissance, bien relevée. Sur une base surtout fruitée (pomme et poire bien mûres), se développent des notes épicées, poivrées, comme baignées par une beau soleil d'été.
Finish : Finale chaleureuse.
Bruichladdich
Bruichladdich, one of the only distilleries to fully imagine, distill, age and bottle its Whiskies and Gin on the island of Islay, a small remote island off the coast of Scotland, with a unique ecosystem. The annual production is estimated at less than 1% of the volumes of large distilleries, guaranteeing special attention on each bottle.
