Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2011
It was aged mainly in old Bourbon barrels of first filling, but also in barrels of Rivesaltes of first filling, Sauternes and Austrian sweet wine of second and third filling.
Bruichladdich
Bruichladdich, one of the only distilleries to fully imagine, distill, age and bottle its Whiskies and Gin on the island of Islay, a small remote island off the coast of Scotland, with a unique ecosystem. The annual production is estimated at less than 1% of the volumes of large distilleries, guaranteeing special attention on each bottle.
