Bruichladdich Islay Barley Vintage 2013
The distillation process was carried out slowly and delicately, allowing the oils and fats present in the barley to be extracted as much as possible. Thus, this whisky truly reflects the terroir of the island. Bottled at 50% and without cold filtering, Islay Barley offers flavours of honey, heather, yellow and exotic fruits, as well as hints of sweet spices.
Bruichladdich
Bruichladdich, one of the only distilleries to fully imagine, distill, age and bottle its Whiskies and Gin on the island of Islay, a small remote island off the coast of Scotland, with a unique ecosystem. The annual production is estimated at less than 1% of the volumes of large distilleries, guaranteeing special attention on each bottle.
