The Hampden Estate - The Great House Release 2024 cuvée is an iconic creation of the Hampden distillery. Since 2019, this annual edition has celebrated the art of blending different marks produced by the distillery, including the famous OWH, LROK, DOK, and many others, classified according to their ester content. Known for its authentic style, Hampden uses age-old fermentation and distillation methods that give its rums a unique identity.

Built around 1750 the Hampden distillery originally belonged to a Scotsman Archibald Sterling. Hampden is known for its heavy rums distilled in copper stills. The fermentation is long and natural (no use of commercial yeasts).
