This exceptional rum, aged for 23 years under the Jamaican sun in bourbon barrels, then matured for two more years in Ferrand barrels in Europe, reflects Plantation's unique know-how. Exclusively intended for the Swedish market, it is made using an artisanal process and without dosage, preserving all the intensity of Jamaican rum. Distilled in a John Dore still , each sip transports wine lovers to a rich and complex taste universe.

A historic and precious distillery: Long Pond

Established in Jamaica since 1753, the Long Pond distillery is an institution in the world of rum. Using traditional distillation techniques with its John Dore stills and Blair column, it is renowned for rums with a robust and nuanced profile. The rarity of its production, accentuated by its closure from 2012 to 2017 and a fire in 2018, makes this 1995 vintage a treasure much sought after by connoisseurs.

During these exchanges, Alexandre Gabriel had the opportunity to discover very old batches with an aromatic richness and a diversity of extraordinary aromas.
