In collaboration with historian David Wondrich and after much research, the Plantation Pineapple Rum was born. This rum is the result of a unique manufacturing process. Victoria pineapples are peeled by hand. The rind of the pineapple is infused with Plantation 3 Stars for a week and then distilled while the pineapple flesh is infused with the original Plantation Dark for several months. Then, the distillate and infusion are blended. The production of Plantation Pineapple rum is very limited since it is linked to the seasons of the Victoria Pineapple.
