Authentic Long Pond distillation

Distilled from molasses in the famous stills at the Long Ponddistillery in Trelawny, this rum embodies the quintessential Jamaican style. Its artisanal process gives it a characteristic complexity and a profile deeply marked by the "funk" specific to this region.

Perfectly controlled double ageing

The 2-year tropical ageing in Jamaica favoured a rapid and intense maturation, while the 5 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, in a continental climate in Denmark, refined its aromas with subtlety. Its natural strength of 66% underlines its frank and powerful character, without additives or corrections.
