A collaboration around the passion for rum

The result of a partnership between Swell de Spirits and Les Tontons Maltés, this cuvée honors the art of blending through a selection of two emblematic Caribbean origins. It combines a 2003 TDL from Trinidad with a 2010 Monymusk from Jamaica, brought together in an exclusive blend produced in just 160 bottles. True to l'esprit of the two houses, this edition illustrates a demanding approach to rum and confidential bottlings.

The balance between intensity and freshness

Its deep gold colour announces a rich aromatic profile. The nose opens with notes of varnish, eucalyptus and camphor, quickly joined by mango, papaya, pineapple, banana, then nuances of candied fruit brioche, toasted almond and vanilla. The palate develops a beautiful intensity around tropical fruits, citrus fruits, cinnamon, sweet pepper, dark chocolate and toasted almond. The long finish prolongs the flavours with slightly toasted wood, minty freshness, cocoa, liquorice and exotic fruits. To appreciate all its complexity, aeration for about 30 minutes is recommended before tasting.
