This very small batch of "reserve" rum is carefully monitored until maturity. Once the reserve stock is at its best, it is blended by hand with twenty other aged rums to create a perfect balance.

The result is a smooth, complex blend with delicate accents of nutmeg, ginger and vanilla coated in shades of orange peel – the hallmark of Appleton Estate rums.

Nose : Delicate scents of brown sugar, honey and holiday spice with orange peel and vanilla highlights.

Palate : Rich flavors of toasted honey wheat bread and refined sugar.

The first production of rum at Domaine Appleton dates back to 1749. However, the origins of the estate date back to 1655, when the English took Jamaica from the Spanish.
